The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, driving license renewal and private prescriptions. To request a medical report, please use our medical report request form.
Payment of fees for medicals must be paid at least 2 working days in advance of the appointment. You will be sent an invoice which will be paid prior to the work being completed. We do not accept cash or cheques.
Visitors from overseas
If you require treatment for a condition during your stay, you may not be permitted to free NHS services and charges will apply.
