COVID 19 Vaccination Certificates could be required for travel, entertainment or other activities. We can issue you with an international vaccination certificate as proof of having had a COVID 19 vaccination.
Please contact the surgery if you require a vaccination certificate. This is not an NHS service, therefore a fee will be chargeable.
