We fully understand how frustrating it is receiving conflicting information about your COVID vaccination from sources such as, the Television, social media and press.
Primary care within this area is being supported by our local pharmacy colleagues who are delivering the vaccination programmes for our patients, allowing us to continue to focus on the wellbeing of our patients during these difficult times.
As the local vaccine service is Pharmacy led, we, as your GP practices, will not be inviting you for your vaccines. When you receive a letter from the NHS inviting you for a vaccine, please either Phone 119 to book or go to the following website www.nhs.uk book a coronavirus vaccination.
Please do not contact the surgery as we do not have access to appointment bookings.
NHS England are currently identifying patients who at high risk from covid and on the advice from the Chief Medical officer any patient identified will be added to the shielding list.
If you are identified as a patient at risk you will sent a letter from NHS England in the coming weeks.
Your Practice records will not be updated until at least 5 days after you receive your letter.
Thank you for your continues support
