Virtual Patient Participation Group (VPPG)
Our aim is to strengthen the relationship between patients and Greensands Medical Practice Potton & Gamlingay by providing local views, thereby helping the practice provide services that reflect patients’ needs.
To help us achieve this, we have set up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask members of this group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or services you received.
We will also contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take up too much of your time.
Join our Patient Participation Group
All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
