Do you want your emergency data available at a hospital if you are admitted in an emergency?
Your ‘emergency care’ record (summary care record) allows urgent care providers to see only your current medication and any drug sensitivities and allergies. If you are happy for this to be made available, then you do not have to do anything.
Of course, if you do not want your medical records to be available in this way then you will need to let us know so that we can update your record. You can do this via our summary care record opt-out form.
