MSK practitioner
We have a musculoskeletal practitioner whom the team can refer into for further assessment. This is not a physiotherapy service.
Mental health link worker
We have a mental health practitioner who works alongside the team providing assessment and support for our patients. Patients need to be referred into this service and is at the discretion of the GP.
District nurse
